A different kind of Church Staff

The Well doesn't have a paid staff. It is a group of people who have committed themselves to this local church fellowship, in addition to whatever they are doing to make their tangible living.
There are all kinds of opportunities to serve God, each other, and the community at large - here at The Well. Our staff philosophy extends to the many people who have committed to give of themselves and their resources to take responsibility for some area of ministry. "The Staff" have covenanted with each other to abide by the following set of principles:
We will use our gifts and talents to serve in the ministry of The Well, and discover what it means to have a servant’s heart.
We will support The Well with our time, talents, and resources (financial and otherwise).
We will also support the witness of the Church by doing the best we can to live a godly life and grow in relationship with Jesus.
We will protect the unity of The Well, by acting in love toward other staff members, by refusing to gossip, and by waging peace in our sphere of influence.
We will share the responsibility of The Well, by praying for the church body, by inviting people outside our fellowship to attend and by warmly welcoming those who visit.
